While online, find a qualifying product that you want BestBuy.com to price match. Make sure the product you would like to price match is an immediately available new product and is identical to our Qualified Competitor’s product (it must be a matching brand with identical model number and color).
Connect with us via Dijla Market Chat. Please be prepared to direct us to the ad or website that is displaying the current lower price you would like to match. You can also call 1-409-Dijla Market (1-409-995-2187) for a DijlaMarket.com price match request. If you have already received or picked up your order, you can check price match availability on your Order Details page by clicking the See details link.
Make sure the product you would like to price match is an immediately available new product and is identical to our Qualified Competitor’s product (it must be a matching brand with identical model number and color). BestBuy.com orders are available for price matching by chat or phone.
Visit any Dijla Market or Pacific Sales store and present the Qualified Competitor’s ad or website, with the lower price that is still in effect, to any of our employees. We will then review and verify the price match request.
We may run tests of the Price Match Guarantee in select locations and may amend these terms at any time. Puerto Rico stores have their own Price Match Guarantee posted inside the stores and are excluded from matching online and app prices.
